Passionately Supporting Families in Need

Our mission is to provide meaningful support to families with critically ill children and the hospitals that care for them.

Through our work, we aim to ease the burdens families face during medical crises while fostering a strong community of care.

We are actively working toward developing research initiatives to advocate for better healthcare outcomes.

Grateful for Graham was founded by Meaghan Devine, inspired by the life and resilience of her son, Graham.

Born with an undiagnosed condition known as transposition of the great arteries, Graham underwent his first open-heart surgery at just five days old. Despite numerous complications leading to a second surgery at three months and a tracheostomy at five months, Graham's spirit remained unyielding.

Graham spent more than half his life in the hospital. Throughout his three and a half years, Graham's courage touched many, and his journey highlighted the profound isolation and challenges families endure during prolonged hospital stays.

The compassion and support from other families during this time inspired Meaghan to establish Grateful for Graham, aiming to provide similar support to those in need.
